I see the point of the original author flew over most posters in this thread's head which is money buys you the luxury of time.
Those who are turning this into an issue of productivity are missing the point. When you have money, you can pay others to do the task/things that will normally eat your time or away like child care, public commute, grocery shopping,food preparation,laundry,house cleaning,gardening etc
