I think I explained on another thread how I would have booked Raven and his Flock in the WCW/nWo war:
When Hogan and his crew destroyed the Four Horsemen, won all of the titles and was cutting 30 minutes promos in the ring every episode I would have had Hogan say "WCW ain't shyt brother, I washed everyone that came before us! Now kiss the pinky ring!"
As he does this Hogan notices Raven and the Flock sitting in the front row, since Raven doesn't care about WCW he doesn't involve himself in the war but Hogan gets cocky and start fukking with him "I see you Raven you fake ass Chris Cornell grunge wannabe. Stop being scarred and come get your ass kicked too!" Raven does nothing but give Hogan the
look.
As Hogan swags the fukk out for weeks one episode Hogan and his crew has stomped out DDP, Luger, and other WCW wrestlers until Sting makes the save and he handles most of the nWo but Hogan escapes up the ramp, as he stares down Sting you have Raven pop out of nowhere and hit Hogan with an EvenFlow DDT on the ramp and declares "
I don't care about WCW but you shouldn't have fukked with the Flock."
Now you have a Hogan/Raven program for the WCW Heavyweight Title in which Raven gets the surprise victory and the championship. Now you have the unholy alliance of WCW and the Flock vs The nWo with Raven, Sting and DDP dealing with Hogan, Hall and Nash while you have Goldberg, Luger and the rest of the WCW roster dealing with the rest of the nWo squad
