How do you fill up your gallons
Water adds water weight which can help with strength supposedly..idk. I enjoy water but idk how much of it i can drink before I just quit. I like milk for those reasons instead plus milk is 70% water so you should still get your hydration...I guess.
But I need those calories brehcan find cheap gallons at almost grocery store but if pressed for it just fill it up half way using (if you have one) the water dispenser on the refrigerator
milk is also a lot of calories and carbs so be weary of that when drinking too much
J.V Koba said:I tried drinking a gallon a day but constant trips to the bathroom and waking up in the middle of the night to pee made me
Now I only drink if I'm thirsty and when I'm at the gym.

i tried squeezing lemon in my water last week never going back to the regular again
was going to post this in the gym but this is good for everyone period of working out or not.
I love water, I dont drink water cause its necessary but I drink it cause I like it. Occasionally ill have a soda, especially if I eat out but mostly water.
I thought I was getting my recommended water intake on most days (8 8oz glasses, or half a gallon) just naturally going to the kitchen and getting glasses of water.
Man I was BSing myself.. It wasnt til I started buying gallons of water for the gym, that I realized, I dont drink nearly as much water as I thought I did. Not even close, not even a fraction. Now im half a gallon a day now for past 2+ weeks.
The results in the gym look/feel amazing obviously but also helps with dieting because with all this water intake, it actually fills you up as well (up to 60% of your body weight is supposed to be water). So you have less desire to snack and especially eat bad. Most people eat out of boredom rather than being truly hungry. (we mistake being hungry for boredom) but half a gallon a day of water decreases these thoughts/hunger (at least with me)
Maybe its mental, maybe its the huge increase in water, but my reps and weight of sets have gone up pretty noticeably in a short period of time. Ima chalk it up to the water, thats the only thing thats changed drastically as far as day to day.
Even bones and especially muscles are made up of some water as well so that could play into it.
The gallon of water, helped me visualize how much water I actually need to drink a day. I really thought I was drinking enough, but I wasnt even close. I recommended even just 1 day buy a gallon of water and drink half of it. If you struggle to drink half of it, then like me you wernt getting your actual daily intake of water.
Just stopcows milk is terrible for human consumption
You mean lemonade? Yeah, it's a pretty big dealStarted drinking that lemon water couple weeks ago cause I read it was better for you....
It was surprisingly refreshing! Used to see it in hotels all the time and be confused as to why people would want all those lemons in their water....now I know!
I drink a gallon a day.
