And i like Game Of Thrones, big fan. But Atlanta is far superior from a cultural and writing perspective.

All the creators of GOT had to do was not fukk up
George RR Martin’s already iconic books. They had the blueprint laid out.

Donald Glover not only had to overcome people’s expectations of him being Troy from community, he had to overcome the (unfair) stereotype of being labeled an “oreo”, then he took an ALL black writers room (never been done before) of begginers and crafted one of the most unique narratives of black existence ever seen on television
