He was a cold-hearted b*stard during that one. I was really impressed with his acting on the show. He brought ALL the corruption out to the forefront and go off. Him and Robin Williams had the GOAT guest appearances...
That was one of the best episodes of law and order svu.
The way he played the ADA and had Benson and Stabler shook.

Nope, if its not HBO, Showtime or AMC I usually don't watch it. Most of them are cheesy to me...especially all the cop shows.
