As a straight-up play-by-play man, Cole is fine, especially given his background. He was pretty good with Tazz, IMO.
The problem, at least to me, was that they had him doing other shyt besides calling the match.

Nah I get all that and I feel the "work" aspect of it but he was better then than now that's the thing. Like he was better subdued and relaxed and just being a voice instead of THE voice. Not every guy is meant to be a chief
