So is this better than the first one? (which was an ok game, just didn't match up to the infamous e3 demo.)

This game is >>>> than GTA when it comes to NPC interactions. I watched as some guy on a motorcycle and black helmet pulled out a Uzi and sprayed this broad talking on the phone then dipped :whoo: then I got hit by a car crossing the street and luckily a cop saw. He tried to dip but reversed into the cop which caused him to blow buddies head off :russ:

WD2 >>>> GTAV

Way better NPC interactions and random fukkery

A more vibrant world that legit feels alive

Better graphics

Actual gang warfare where nikkas will violate you not just for being in their turf but also getting into it with other gangs and even the damn police

Better and much more interesting storyline (I think GTAV had a better finish tho)

A significantly more well-rounded Black protagonist compared to Franklin (Frank got the advantage in actually having his whole history out there in the open whereas Marcus’ past is still a mystery for the most part)

The world is so dynamic and immersive, looks almost like an exact spitting image of most of the Bay Area

However, I don’t like the fact that they didn’t include Berkeley and Vallejo in the game.

Disappointed that both The Mission and The Filmore are largely absent, as well as Hunters Point and Bayview too. East Oakland should’ve been a lil bigger.

I’m not even from the Bay but the fact that the soundtrack barely had any Bay Hip Hop and Hyphy on there is high-key disrespectful asf on Ubisoft’s part :hhh:

It’s been a min since I’ve played the game (gonna replay it entirely on my new PS4 soon) but have there ever been any homeless NPCs in the game? I can’t remember atm

Would've also been nice if they included sharks since apparently it’s certain hot spots for sharks in those Bay waters. They could’ve added the free-roaming bison in Golden Gate Park too, as well as an area for either the redwood forests or have an actual countryside with Napa and Sonoma and their farms and wineries similar to Blaine County in GTA V
