Yea, even with the upgrades, I'm still out here killing left and right. Stealth just doesn't work well on this game.

buy the silenced pistol from the 3D printer. for whatever reason, it makes less noise headshotting people than when using the stun gun (and they don't get back up). also tapping LB/L1 stuns people so you can straight run up and melee them, even when they are shooting at you. also getting the taunt perk for the jumper can be used to distract people (you can without it too) just lure them somewhere away from everyone and take them out

stealth works fine when you're patient and know your options. you can set electrical boxes to proximity detonate then make them set off a distraction noise to lure people close by right into it, you can also turn the power off on the doors to keep people in or out, etc etc

3D printer in hq...
Bought all guns but only use the stun pistol and stun launcher with the protocol pistol as third option..
Sitting on about 2 Milli..
Probably buy all the cars next..
