2 game winning streak y’all….. Heineke!! Heineke!! Heineke!!
He didn't look good out there tho :patrice:

Sam Howell from the little I've seen, already I see why he's better in every way.
Its just a matter of can he limit rookie mistakes, which only gets sorted out with live action
I get why Taylor is playing today but if he's not our future then what are we doing here? I don't care to see more of the Wentz experiement
Its Sam time or we'll draft/sign or trade for one next year

Commanders 6-1 the last 7 games…7-5 overall. (makes me wonder what it would have been without Wentz early on)

Whole NFC East got better records than all the rest of the NFC (Vikings being the only exception)

That’s wild! Proud of this team for fighting these wins out.

Left hand up :mjcry: . But I think you guys give Wentz too much flack and Heineke too much credit. This defense is playing way better than when we started. We also are just running the ball and controlling the time of possession which Heineke helps with because his mobility gives us an extra tool to extend drives. He’s missed a lot of looks that I know Wentz would get. Overall the team has had a rejuvenated spirit and galvanize around Heineke so keeping him until he deserves to be benched is the right move but he ain’t doing much. Wentz at his best would actually have us looking like a real playoff dark horse.

I think we have short term memories. Where was this argument last year when the defense played poorly and Hienicke took all the blame even though he was putting up points but we couldn’t stop anyone? Why is it okay for Taylor to take all the blame last year and not Wentz this year given that the situation is the same?

Ain’t that the truth, was the best time to be a redskin.

I like Taylor, Who doesn’t like a real underdog story. People forget he didn’t asked to be the starter he’s kind of pushed to be because Fitz Patrick went down. He’s doing what he can, can’t hate him for that. He’s had some pretty good moments he at least can move the ball down field. But outside of Terry McLaurin there’s not really a lot of talent on the offense… And on defense the safeties are the kiss of death. They flat out suck… Landon Collins (#26) In particular has given up many big plays every game this season always getting beat on defense. You can’t fault the offense for that.

I hope with a new owner we can get some better direction. But it all depends on who buys this team out. I went to a game earlier this season and some more chargers fans and I did Redskins fan at their own home. Pretty sad, because this was once a great organization. Now they don’t even have an identity, hell they don’t even have a name.
Glad we aren’t having these defensive problems I posted about last year in the quote above. Defense it totally killing it this year.
