A lot of those stories are gonna be :duck:.

My favorite one is where Wilt claimed that he pulled over on the side of the road and a cougar attacked him, but he fought it off. :heh:

Wilt might be the strongest man to ever play the game, but I ain't never believing that someone with a 7'8" wingspan is bench-pressing 500+ lbs until I see it on tape. He'd have to move his arms WAY too much to be doing a legit bench press with that kind of weight. Either the story is made up or they leaving out details, like he wasn't doing a full press or something.

Alot of the other data given including his playing weight is way off so theres no reason to suggest the lifting numbers arent exaggerated too...

I've seen more than enough Wilt footage, there isn't anything like that move above in any of the Wilt clips.

You said you'd find it and you came back with a clip of him shaking Shaq's hand :francis:

The Wilt Chamberlain archives guy posts here...we were having an argument about the athleticism of players in that era, and he made a highlight tape that included a guy getting rim-checked on an open dunk because he hadn't realized that the dunk didn't go in. :mjlol:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
They trying to say Wilt was 290-310 lbs in his prime.....Those pics in the Warriors uniform he looks 250 max.

Joel Embiid looks bigger, and he was only 280-285lbs this year.

Wilt is the G.O.A.T. athlete to grace the hardwood, Shaq was stronger though, just more mass.

The crazy thing is that we'll see a player that's Wilt's size pull up from 3 and dominate the paint in our lifetime.
