Was there ever a worse TV recast than Harriette from Family Matters?

The second Becky on Roseanne was horrible. That was some of the worst acting I've ever seen on a sitcom. She was so bad that they actually brought the first one back on several occasions.

I still can't believe the second Becky got to play Elliot on Scrubs. She was a bit better there, but still.

Damn, what's good with all the hate on family matters ( the show must of been alright, it lasting 10 years). To me it was the black version of family ties.
