he lived in new york until he was 15..usually new yorkers are proud where their from but pac never really had a 'new york style' about him in general terms. he talked about his experiences in baltimore and the bay more than his time in NYC. he kinda just acknowledged he was from NYC but he never considered himself a new yorker
