words/phrases like “gold digger” and “riding coattails” belittles what she brought to the table for “better” and worse

cheney aside this is why some women deserve large amounts of $$$ as settlements when it comes to alimony bcuz in some cases their influence in inspiring/helping their husbands is tantamount to being a business partner

cheney is an evil piece of shyt (and saying this still feels like a huge understatement) but if we are to assume the events of the movie are pretty accurate then the role his wife played in his ascension to power goes beyond that of a “gold digger”

gold diggers come @ you after the fact when all the hard work has already been put in...a good wife was putting in work w/ you from the beginning...I’m not characterizing her as a good woman overall but I do feel comfortable saying she was good wife again assuming the details of the flick are wholly accurate

He looked close enough, since when did people playing in biopics ever look deadass like the person they were playing?

And the movie was good IMO
