I always thought she was scary looking as a child, and still feel that way as a 35 year old man.

Honestly? Nah.
No disrespect but Foxy was a "dyme" to darker shade black folks who felt insecurities about their skin, which i understand. So
they was lookin for someone to rep for them.
Wasn't seen as a dime....just a cute hood booger, wit sex appeal, and designer labels. She was poppin at a time, when NY hoodrats were lusted over.
I’m confused Foxy was top 2 not 3… 2! I don’t get why people are acting like she wasn’t up there. Foxy had everything bruh.Lots of folks lying. If you grew up in the 90s ain't no way you didn't think Foxy was bad. Her and Kim were those chicks.

90s Lela RochonFly & fine but not a dime = PERFECT description of 90s Foxy. And that's not to sh!t on The Brown Fox but a 10 she was not.
True dimes of that era were Maia Campbell (pre junkie days, so don't try to play what I'm saying by posting her drugged out pics) & Salli Richardson, just to name a few. Nia Long & Tichina Arnold, of course, as well. Pam Grier in Jackie Brown was also on that level. The chicks in that echelon were the true 90s dimes
