Dude that's not really true. I'm in NY, mostly keep a taper, and all my barbers are Italian or Russian.

Yea, I used to go to an Albanian dude, the clientele in there was pretty mixed. These days most young dudes from whatever race get tapers, this isn't the 80s, white dudes know how to cut now.
