Honestly, I'm not as sold on this plan as the rest of you are.

1. Has anyone passed a law saying that no one can borrow from SS/SSI?
2. I agree that raising the taxable income for SS is necessary.
   
3. I would have raised the tax to 14.8% on everything over 450k to 1M.
4. The 14.8% tax on investment income is ... it seems unnecessary.
