"This Dj he gets down
Mixing records while they go round
To the hop to the hop you just don't stop
Producing funky tracks until it makes you stop"

What's Next..

"It 's not Pete Rock or that N*gga Dr Dre
It's this Muthafukin N*gga from around the way"

Then the record rolls into this.. :banderas:

And Ya Don't Stop

"Warren is going wild"

He had one of the smoothest voices and flow period. Also don't get it twisted, Warren could get down behind the boards. If it wasn't for "Ready To Die", "Regulate" might of been the nail for the East cause the West was still killing it at the time. Ironically the album dropped on "Def Jam" cause rumors said Dre told Warren to not work with Suge and Suge was so hot Warren didn't sign with Death Row. This was my joint, it was also on the "Bad Boys" soundtrack:

Just burned this onto a disc 2 days ago.

Included, still cant fade it, we want yo hands up, and indo smoke.

Btw, Regulate Remix > og version.

.

Should've put the So Many Ways remix on there, too... ;)

We Want Y Hands Up fits in better with Take a Look Over Your Shoulder I think, his style was on that tip on that one. But a good song. Still Can't Fade It is really nice. That Show soundtrack had some gems.

fukking CLASSIC... this and Conversation by Twinz were two of my favorite albums back in the day!

What ever happened to those dudes, anyway?

The Twinz changed their name to Tha Locs for a little while for some reason. They popped up on the first Eastsidaz album and recorded an unreleased album for Doggystyle Records. That's the last I ever heard of them.

I loved Conversation; still do, in fact. The bass is so clean and smooth on there.

I'm surprised the Twinz album flopped. I thought the singles "Round & Round" and "Eastside LB" would have been bigger hits. :yeshrug:

it didnt flop.

their album got caught up in a label shuffle, so they didnt get promoted like that.
