It's very slowly happening in Texas. GOP has been looking for ways to cheat for a while now. They see the trends. In about 2-3 election cycles TX could be purple. People laugh at that now. Yes there are a lot of backwoods folks in red areas but TX is experiencing blue voting transplants that are causing an undenial trend in the voting numbers.
