mid-December should be 3 months streak:ehh:, I feel like my brain almost recalibrated, I really need to stay in the gym though and eat healthy.



Day 26. :patrice: Thinking about going for 90 days. Month went by quick and made this feel kinda easy.

Like I said, once you get past a month/month and a half it's so easy, it's really not a big deal anymore. I don't even know what day I'm on but I already know I'm close to approaching 90 days since I began sometime in September

25 days.

All it took was one day for everything to go to hell, alcohol, and what I now realize was my temptation conning myself into believing that I'd done no fap long enough.

Good work making it to 25 days. Next time you'll get a month easy. The hardest part is the first two weeks.

You should celebrate and reward yourself, it ain't easy to do.

On the simplest level I try to figure out whats going on with me. I do some mindful breaths

How do you do it?
I focus on my breathe. Inhale, focus on the space between your eyes. Begin to really appreciate and show gratitude for every breathe you have. Bring new life into your body. Exhale focusing near your belly button. With each exhale get rid off all that stagnant energy. try to loosen your body and become as relaxed as you can.

From there I start to gauge how I'm feeling emotionally. Is a particular area still feeling heavy even after I relaxed? Why? Is it associated with a memory, taste, touch, smell? I hone in on that spot and just hold the space. Usually what happens at this point is that a stream of thought comes flooding in. Let them come and go. Go back to focusing on your breathe and third eye.

Its hard to describe but for me it just feels like checking in and traveling to different parts of my body that needs maintenance

I'm essentially doing all of this trying to reach a point where I'm centered, neutral, focused, and somewhat detached from the earthly "problems" I have. In this space its really a matter of what your intentions are.

I hope that helps, but keep in mind that there are tons of tools out there and everybody is different. Some people hum, listen to music, chimes, guided meditations etc. Some people are better off just moving with tai chi, art, or something.

I made it but of course I had another wet dream right at the finish line:dead:. Going to keep going for another 60 days at minimum.
