So far going good,I got one comin thru Sunday Morning so I'm going full Tunnel Vision for the Rest of The Week,I just cleaned out the All Time Browsing History and Deleted the Apps that can cause a Temptation,I also am keeping a Journal as well just to Gauge my Feelings....Going to finally hit the Gym after Work today so I can be too Tired to even think about it after I Cook Dinner

Yeah,I've always loved to Write so it always helped me to just get My Feelings out on Paper(especially when im Mad) and just look at it and whatever Negative Energy I got goes away
