I've gotten a few of those in the past and NOTHING has come of it
you probably upload content without knowing it with them torrents lol
just grab a VPN from NORDVPN ..
what country you live in?ya when I wasn’t using a VPN and I got a little knowledgeable, I limited the uploading speed to 0 kB/s but some cats use torrents and leave that shyt wide open...I was so ignorant to this shyt back in the day...probably in the late 90s/early 00s I downloaded the first 3 seasons of OZ using torrents on a DSL modem...I left my computer on all week no download/upload restrictions surprisingly nothing happened tho
i like making smoothies.
but nah.
you cant seed the original file.
you gotta delete that shyt soon as you copy it onto your HD/XHD.
im sorry, im not tryna dawg noone out.
but why does this have to be explained in 2020???
It means somebody logged your IP off a torrent and contacted your ISP doesn't it?It has been many years since I got one of these.
Do they actually do anything if I don't stop?
They aren't gonna cut off my service because they
want my money so should I just keep doing it?
this happened to me too back when comcast first started offering high speed internet around 03-04I remember when I got knocked for torrenting episodes of Treme. They cut off the internet and I was like "Wait wut". Called them and they put me on hold for another assistant. Dude picked up like "Did you downloaded Treme episodes 3 through " I was like "Am I going in the jail? Dude was like "nah but if you keep downloading you may end up getting your service cut off"
Ever since then, I haven't download a single torrent. In the age of streaming sites, jail broken Fire Sticks, and etc...why put yourself on that stone age tip
