Nah he smashed Cybertron a little bit when he slapped the planets after Galvatron rebelled. But by the time the original Transformers series ended and Optimus was revived from the dead the Autobots restored Cybertron to full power how it was before the Deceptions even started the War.

However this show goes, I hope they don't go the route of making Bumblebee a mute again Ever since Bayformers that's been his default setting (see Prime and Cyberverse) and it's gotten old

Headmasters kind of started its own continuity G1 ended with Galvatron floating through space in Scorpanak with the Hive. None of the events from the final 5 episodes of the OG series were mentioned in Headmasters. Plus they turned Scorge and Cyclonus into low ranking idiots lol.
