Agree with this actually. Highly unlikely this is indicative of an upcoming coup. If the Khashoggi killing can force Saudi to reconcile with Qatar and change some of its political stances vis-a-vis the MB thats a win for Turkey.

Itll be interesting if the stronger US stance towards peace talks in Yemen amount to anything.

If that happens it'll be interesting to see how Saudi/uae relations play out. MBZ is hysterically anti-MB

Nothing is going to happen to MBS. He controls the economy and the military. He has too much power to be taken out and he is his fathers favorite son. In regards to Yemen the fighting will continue. The US is unwilling to cut support from the Saudis and UAE so the war will go on unabated.

President Trump said Wednesday he’s not worried about congressional investigations, but Democrats soon to be in charge of foreign policy and national security committees are preparing to dive right into a long list of issues, including Russia, the Trump Organization’s conflicts of interest, Saudi Arabia, the management of the State Department and much more.

Dems will launch a House investigation on Saudi Arabia.
