Forget the Russia shyt.

If we find Saudi complicity with detail and the administration does nothing, this is flat out impeachable. A US national was murdered on orders of a foreign government. This is the precise time you go hardline.
You cannotnexpect the republicans to hold him accountable, and the democrats are not adapt at playing politics right now.

1-back in the 60s and 70s ya you would get dissidents killed overseas but it's 2018 and the climate (media, domestic access to information, geopolitical considerations) is much different

2-dude was not a political opponent but rather a journalist

3-dude was a renowned journalist, with deep ties

4-dude wasn't even a dissident in a traditional sense, he just expressed some common sense criticism that would've been much more tolerated just a couple years ago, even in Saudi Arabia

5-dude got killed in a consulate

6-dude got killed in turkey

7-this is just the latest in a series of stupid decisions by Mbs

There was a good segment on NPR this afternoon. This guy isn't some kind of power player. He's just too naive to understand the limits of his power even after consolidating it in Saudi Arabia. He thinks he can throw his weight around like Iran. He just doesn't understand the repercussions that are coming his way; even with a that clown Trump giving lip service to their ridiculous "mystery killer" excuse. I bet he thought having Kushner in his pocket is the same as having solid US backing to do whatever he wants. This might precipitate his downfall because you know Trump doesn't take a bullet for anybody.

What happened after he jailed and murdered those he suspected of betraying the king?

Not a power player?

Tell me more.. Not to disagree but the way he consolidated in Saudi seemed, from the outside, like a pretty savvy power move.

If you just meant he got cocky.. Okay maybe
