Perhaps the Wayne Williams contrast was a bit offbase as I didn't mean to imply that was the worse actions by a black serial killer .

However, perhaps you're right that lack of focus of crimes in the black community may lead an underreporting and under-representation of possibly psychopathy in black serial killers.

But like one breh already said even experts agree that its usually white males who engage in the more ritualistic such as posing and staging bodies and engage in these prolong tortures. Not saying that black killers dont but a vast majority of thr most extreme cases tend to be white men .

When they profile a possible suspect for these types of murders there is a reason they guess the race is use white and male more than not .
