RR is one of the main heroes in Marvel for inter-dimensional science and advanced physics.
Plus Agatha Harkness is more of a FF character than anything else.
Maybe Wanda messes with the dimensions and RR is around to help Sword understand what is going on and possibly fix it.
Darcy is funny and all but the character doesn't have the brains to follow this through to its conclusion. Not how she has been written up to this point, so far Selvig was that guy.
RR's main power is his mind, so he would be able to spot possible attack vectors.
RR was key to fending off Galactus many times and was also key to saving his life. If he can deal with the big G he could part-way at least manage Wanda.

Did she mean Luke as in a return, or Luke as in someone core to the fabric of the entire thing. Or maybe someone who has been there all along but we didn't realise it. Someone significant.
If taken literally then it would be someone like Ironman but that seems a tad too trite. Ironman turning up, after she said that, would not surprise anyone.

In the comics during House of M, she whispers no more mutants and takes away the powers from 90% of the mutant population

I think this is going to be a reverse house of M, the storyline is already going that route. Shes going to introduce mutants in some way and we are probably going to see magneto/professor x.

Dr strange is a given since we know this series leads to his next movie and then both him and wanda will be in spidey 3 which will also be dealing with multiverses

Hopefully not. Fox's Mystique's character and origins are at odds with the comics and in addition are .
