Michael would be intimidated from Walter? wouldn't he
It was a weak era for criminals when Michael Corleone came up, and dude benefitted from nepotism. Just look at the criminal league today, completely dominated by South Americans, ain't no major italian crime families putting up major stats, so in this era Michael would be dead, in prison, or just the head of some local racketeering where he's swindling money out the pockets of plumbers 
Walter is playing in an era with drones, NSA wire taps, satellite surveillance and having a brother in law in law enforcement. He even took down a crime figure who probably had more wealth than Michael, and he's doing it pretty much on his own. If I'm building a crime syndicate I want Walter White, he's the type of franchise criminal you can build a team around.

Depends on the Season of Breaking Bad. Walt would more than likely try and deduce if he could make lots of money with Micheal without having to put himself in danger of being murked, sent to jail forever, or having his family targeted. Then, like Fredo before him, and as Walt is prone to do...he'd get to thinking and shyt. And that's where the problems would start. Thinking that because he made 50M off Crystal Meth that he could talk to Michael Corleone however he wanted to.
Micheal, like Gus, would see Walt as a liability. Hell, Micheal would probably just send the goons for Walt if we want to be real about it. Mike NEVER made a move unless he knew his enemy. And once he knew Walt and the fact that Walt has no muscle and that Heisenberg is really just a front, he'd approach him with an offer that he could'nt refuse, just like Vito used to do back in the day.

gus might of had more wealth then michael, but no where near the power and influence that michael had
Michael didn't build his empire from the ground up, his daddy gave it to him.
Gus > Michael
There's no way Michael could have done what Walt or Gus have done without the help of his daddy, especially not in this era. His primitive mind wouldn't be able to handle the thought of wireless communication

what is your overall point?
I believe Mike was a war hero who eventually shot the Chief of Police and the biggest drug kingpin in the head in front of people at a restaurant. Why would he be afraid of Walt?
