NYC Rebel is the dude that talks like this: "Ayo shun, the Jets is the most Jeckyll and Hyde team I've ever seen. YaknowhatI'msayin? Word life b." He refers to himself as Chee on the show. He also sounds dark skinned.

Walt is the guy that sounds like a drunk professor... using a lot of descriptive words like "ruminate, clandestine, and petulant" along with witty wordplay. He also sounds lightskin.

That's a pretty good breakdown, except I don't think Walt sounds particularly light-skinned. From his voice, his complexion seems a bit ambiguous to me. If I had to guess, it'd be somewhere in the middle (not particularly dark or light). But maybe your prior knowledge that he is in fact light-skinned has influenced your description.
