2 years ago on Christmas eve i was in Family Dollar pucking up soome last minute stocking stuffers... line was super long... only 2 cashiers .... 2 young girls came in the store and just stole a bunch of batteries off the display


They were black. So of course the fiddy wyte people in line are staring at me like

It sucks and it's a bad look but these stores have multiple ways of tracking shrinkage. If/when they find out the majority of loss is occurring in one section or item, they take precautions.

Around here, most of the hood grocery stores lock up their liquor, condoms, batteries, razors, tampons, etc.

In two Kroger stores I can think of off the top of my head, the whole baby food aisle is locked down, WITH cameras pointed on both ends, CCTV monitors (so you can watch them watching YOU) and chimes when you enter and exit the aisle.

Go to a poor Mexican neighborhood and the shampoo and shyt is locked up too.

People are fukking idiots I worked in retail for 5 plus years and everything that got stolen alot was put in a security case. It was mostly liquor, batteries and condoms but when i went to a different store to help, they had the liquor out in the open because they had the least amount of theft. It's not rocket science.
