I hope the employee wins. Damn near every time an employee shoots people on the
job, it is after employees have informed higher ups multiple times that the
person is a problem, and little to nothin is done. Hope they get all 50M.

Hard to say Walmart may settle or they may say fukk this put our best lawyers on it so people don't think they can just get money out of us.

As money hungry as Walmart is I can see them doing that. Why should they be liable for an employee going insane?

The people who sued the movie theatre for that shooting in Aurora not only lost but they ended up owing the theater company $700k in legal fees before they dropped it
