How do you explain the Racial Wealth Gap (which is an actual term), School to Prison Pipeline, Poverty to Prison Pipeline, underfunding of educational systems in majority black neighborhoods, government redirection of funding for HBCUs, income/credit barrier for PLUS loans that assisted black students for higher education, the fact that corporations and firms have admitted to a need for diversity initiatives because of disparities and discrimination in hiring practices, Barriers to access of SBA loans and minority grants. inadequate representation of black partners in law firms, qualified black people with credentials not having access to the managerial traks despite their white or nonwhite counterparts not meeting the qualifications??

All this is bc black people don't seek out opportunities or take risks?? When it's a known fact that black boys are punished at a much higher rate starting at a young age and that black girls are sexualized at a young age; therefore, adult attributes are assigned to black people since elementary school along with the consequences. Who do you think gets more opportunities? Who do you think has a bigger safety net when they fukk up on a risk they took? Imagine if the people responsible for the 2008 financial crisis were black. White people as a whole tend to get the benefit of the doubt and tend to have family wealth as a whole. You'd be surprised at how many homeless have family members they're estranged from who are doing better than they are.

Yes please, so I can print them out and hand them to every homeless white person I come across. Help them get back on their feet and out of homelessness. Plus to every white person that is financially struggling so they can do better. Every one making minimum wage would benefit from this info you provide.
