They won’t have to flip plays (if you’re talkin about the protections then I get you), they’ll be able to use the whole playbook.

And yea ideally this move would’ve been made sooner but here we are. Bucs lose today and we win and we’re back in first place so we just need to finish with the same amount of wins as TB to win the division. Still in the hunt for a WC too
I remember Jerry rice talking about the switch from Montana to Young and he said the biggest challenge was Young’s progressions were backwards. So they flipped the plays to compensate for that and not throw off the WR timings they’ve been developing for a long time.

Falcons could have a different approach though

McGary as his blindside blocker (Penix is left handed) is making me nervous asf
Pretty sure MP has had bum ass RTs his whole life. Troy Fautanu was a 1st round pick and Washington had him at LT. As long as McGary stays at the level of acceptably mid he's played at this year we'll be fine. What we lose having him on the blind side we make up for(and then some) in mobility.

This may be a bigger problem if we actually ran some of the plays we're gonna see today. There's no "muscle memory" to unlearn because they haven't done anything involving Kirk taking more than four steps. We're gonna run more PA rollouts in the 1st quarter than we've called all season, watch :pachaha:

True, just hoping McGary doesn’t get Mike killed back there
