Just in here to say fukk Wal-Mart and Home Depot. American business destroy the world.

No business should be allowed to get this powerful.
Agreed.

Monopolies is how they get this big. Buying other businesses out and making it hard for mom and pop shops to run. Then, they lower their prices and sometimes jack them up because of overseas Chinese sweatshops. Where those factory workers get paid cheap.

Its not really about the wages alone. Its about the profits/wage balance. Its beyond ridiculous for WalMart to bring in what it does and not pay better or offer a damn good benefits package. Everyone knows employees are the biggest expense for big business, but they take cuts way too far.

Then look at the tax break..... fukking insane!

Then there's the workplace culture and conditions. Workers complaining about little to no breaks, no sick days, no say so with your schedule, no REAL advancements opps.

All that and low pay? In America?

fukk that.

Yep, the taxbreaks is the part of the crony-capitalism aspect. We need to STOP shopping there. I don't even go to Wal-Mart when I shop :yeshrug:

If we spent our money at places where employees were treated good, Walmart would be out of business. We the consumers are the ones making them all that money because shyt at Walmart is so cheap.....which of course they can sell so cheap because they don't pay the employees :francis:

I had friends growing up that flat out wouldn't shop at Walmart because of how they treated the workers. Looking back, I think they were onto something.

And The type of people willing to work at Walmart are those who don't know their worth, don't wanna hustle and allow their employer to treat them like garbage.....which it seems like more and more companies are trying to do....follow that "Walmart model"....pay as little as possible to your employees and if they don't like it? There's 20 other schmucks waiting to work 80 hours a week with no benefits and a 7 minute lunch break every other day. SMH

:blessed:

Telling the truth! I don't go to Walmart that much but its hard for me to fault that company.....if people forced them to be better they would.

Companies don't have the power.... consumers do :sas2:
