Sure they had some innovations with supply chain and logistics when they first blew up, but the lack of benefits and low employee pay has always helped their bottom line and increase profits.

Increased profits allowed them to expand. Expanding to become the biggest retailer allowed them to bully suppliers into charging them less via economies of scale like you said.

But the whole thing doesn't work if their employees were being compensated at a fair rate to begin with.

It's a two-way. Higher unemployment amongst blacks either way. You can pay more but black people have to get with the program and start opening business and creating wealth for themselves. Look at jobs as temporary necessities.

So everything's peachy keen because they hire nikkas? So do fast food jobs, shytty temp/warehouse jobs, and every other low paying, low skill-level job where you're extremely expendable.
