There is cascade of municipal minimum wage laws happening in NorCal right.

Target and walmarts competitors have always paid less than walmart.

UFCW is crooked self-interested organization. I was member for many years. Recently they let all their members take huge concessions, and the union leadership gave themselves raises.

I'm seeing my old friends crying on facebook because they got 35% paycuts, and lost a whole lot of benefits. Then I see the UFCW leadership partying like it's 1999 at this year DNC while their members take the fall.

UFCW wants walmart because that will elevate UFCW to the most powerful union on the planet, and it will make them rich beyond their wildest dreams. Fukk them and anyone who supports them.
