Krit is very underrated and very appreciated, such an odd position. I listen to him on the regular, and I’d never argue with anyone who put him on the top of their list.

Other rappers had higher budgets for samples. When the field was even (mixtapes) we see what was what.
I’m not disagreeing with you. But a few of the rappers from the same generation released some classic albums since then. Is sample clearance really the reason why Krit got no classic studio albums?
