His whole album was dope. I never took it serious then seeing the ads in hip hop magazines. As dope as the album was, I just can't give him credit because it was basically a west coast album written for him by pharcyde and other dope mcs.

I think he was a partial owner, with 3 other guys. That's the way it sounded in the article.
One of the guys that he named is the son of Lou Adler. He currently co-owns the club with the son of the former manager.

The Whisky has been around since the 60s and yes Lou Adler owned it.. Faustino has no stake in it. I was just there in June.
