if you so called "addressed that" he actually has called himself a righteous black man in that song, then why did you just ASK me when he claimed to be black????
you obviously a fan of breh, just turn the stanning down a lil. He also announced it at a concert I saw him play at maybe 10 years ago when he first popped up. I tried to believe him then that he must have some kinda African blood in him somewhere, but now you just made me go read some of his interviews where he's currently willing to admit that he has no actual black lineage whatsoever. but now he calls himself "spiritually" black.

My bad that we were apparently late to his official Coming-Out-As-Not-Actually-Black-Anymore announcement, but i stopped checking for breh at that concert. He's maybe even more embarrassing now. But whatever, i wish him peace, seems like he had a difficult life.

Lol why did you cut out my message after the first one from what you quoted? Lol. I asked you cause I was actually asking when did he claim to be black? Didn't say you were lying, I was asking cause I genuinely wanted to know, cause that shyt skipped my mind for a few seconds cause it was over a decade in one line of a song (then I posted straight after when I remembered). I addressed and explained it in the post you left out from quoting lol. So just read that post. But people say a lot of ish in songs, R Kelly said he is a mountain, is he actually a mountain? Lol. Maybe he meant in his mentality/attitude, has he ever said it in interviews? Not that I'm aware of. And after that he actually addresses it on Daylight. Ali is an albino, one who knows some history about U.S's evil, he came up getting discriminated against daily because he's an albino, he probably felt black in a sense, "a small part of me feels like I am them", he probably felt ashamed he was tied to the slavemasters and evildoers racially (in his mind), so he wanted to be something else that. It's like when people were ashamed to be black cause of white supremacy, some would fukk up their hair, bleach their skin, even pretend to be white sometimes, and try to act white to fit in, it's because of being ashamed. In Ali's cause though he was ashamed to be white, with huge inferiority and self hate issues due to how he was treated. Sometimes we don't understand till we walked in someone's shoes. Should be open minded and compassionate where possible. He may have had somewhat of an identity crisis, for a period, where he wanted to be black, cause that's who he related to and fit in with, or it may have just been a line, saying that's what his mentality was. Rakim said I am an As-I-an on record too. I'm not stannin, I don't know why people resort to shyt like that lol, it's silly, I'm just discussing it. I don't care if you like his music or not, I'm just putting out a different perspective. I never heard him actually actively say he was black in real life, and he certainly doesn't now. What did he say at the concert? Obviously we have no way of verifying this. He probably is spiritually black, what is black? A colour, a racial identity but also an ATTITUDE. But anyway, in the end it doesn't really matter what his race is, may aswlel judge on the music, I like his music, and him, if you don't then that's cool.
