Like our patron saint Tony Montana said, Miami is like a great big p*ssy just waiting to get fukked
We're getting it from all angles here: priced out of our own city, criminal mastermind politicians entrenched for generations, flooding, sea level rise, and just waiting for the next Andrew to pay a visit
Pour concrete on top of a swamp that meets the ocean brehs

She ain't lying. Outside of Coral Gables, Aventura, Miami Beach, South Beach, Brickell, some of Wynwood, Miami Gardens, and Downtown it can be :hubie:

and in some spots you are a couple turns away from that.. Can feel like I'm back in Baltimore.
We talking 2023 Miami? Most of Miami-Dade isn’t wealthy or poor. It’s middle class. Most of Miami Dade outside of the hoods and wealthy areas is just densely populated suburbia. Similar to Los Angeles county in a way. The city limits has a higher percentage of “dilapidated ghetto” areas, but even then it’s mostly just single family homes that aren’t as big as the homes on south beach. Huge difference between that and being “dilapidated ghetto”. Miami definitely doesn’t have the same number of bandos and blight that Baltimore has.
