the point is that you can't name any MMA cards that were majority black fighters in the States other than maybe the BET show.
there's several local boxing cards, even NBC Al Haymon cards, etxc etc that are dominated by black fighters....you cherry picking boxing cards shows how pitiful you are, you can't even acknowledge what is right in front of you
in other news, i'd agree that Boxing in black communities has fallen off as athletes chase the dollar (NFL, NBA).
Wrestling doesn't typicallly lead to money, though you can chase the college degree
boxing there's a hard path to monetizing that
Football and basketball, you can chase the money or at the very least get into college and get a degree
so it's no wonder that boxing isn't as dominant for blacks as it was up to the 90s
Cards like what
The last PBC card was Garcia Vs. Thurman, you got a latino against a half white guy
most boxers aren't black
Spence v.s. Kell Brook is the matchup between two young black fighters in nearly a decade
how am I cherry picking boxing cards
name the cards, you're just making this stuff up without facts
There are more black fighters on UFC cards than boxing cards today, most boxing cards have foreign fighters from eastern europe and mexican americans
these are facts
Boxing cards aren't like mma card, people only watch the main events, unless it's a highly touted prospect fighting
the besides Keith Thurman and Garcia, the most viewed Haymon card on TV was Eroll Spence who is black, but he was fighting a white guy Chris Algeri
Broner's last fight was against a latino
Porter and Berto is coming up, so you got one
but this year most of the boxing cards have been dominated by latinos
the WBC belt is the goddamn mexican flag
everybody knows boxing is mostly latino, and now eastern european
Terrance Crawford, Spence, Thurman, who is half black, Ward, who is half black
and you have Jermall Charlo, and Wilder
These are the only black american fighters highly touted right now
compared to Kovalev, GGG, Lomachenko, Canelo, tyson fury who is heavyweight champion and white
roman gonazalez, Mikey Garcia, Danny garcia, Ramierz, who are latin
There is no black boxer who is a ppv attraction right now
the biggest star in boxing is Canelo, who is a white mexican and he's fighting another mexican Chavez on ppv
So what card are you talking about dominated by black fighters
