Paracetamol,advil,panadol,etc is for normal headaches and body pains, nothing at all right
Step it up to Ibruprofen,naproxin,etc for a little deeper pain but still light work
Tramadol and Gabapentin is for serios pain, you really must have something to be on those, you cant get that stuff over the counter at walmart its good stuff
Step it up to vicodin,oxycodone and now you're just having fun, forget pain, you're an addict
Step it up to Fentanyl and you are going to be hooked on pain meds for life

For all of these cases though, all you had to do was burn ganja instead
