If they order a retrial he’ll likely be on remanded until trial.
He won’t get bail, too much of a flight risk and risk of witness intimidation…
And that trial could be yearsssss away lol, my homie caught a case a few years back and his trial keeps getting pushed back.
Thankfully he’s on bail but still his freedom in limbo

Nah the fukkery will continue. JCF doesn't really care about crime and prosecuting lawlessness. If they did they would have handled this with alot more integrity. Got evidence out in the open, racist chiney jurors, jurors they bribed to bribe ithers, shills out YouTube acting like they have integrity and care about Jamaicas 62 year crime problem.

First Jamaica likely gonna appeal the privy council decision…Which could take months to even be heard.
Which will inevitably delay the court of appeal process in Jamaica.
And if their privy council decision appeal fails, he’s still gotta deal with court of appeal backlog.
His case isn’t suddenly gonna get put to the front of the queue in Jamaica appeal court.
Never mind the actual trial should a retrial be granted.
Hopefully he’s not fooled himself into thinking hes going to see any kind of freedom anytime soon.

if the privy council denied kartel case i dont think he could seek to appeal the decision i think the same applies to the prosecution. the decision is final. and if they decide to retry him theres no way hes going to buss the case. everyone mind is already made up that he did it . its rare i see someone say hes innocent
