I don’t see them completely throwing out the case completely.
And if they do Kartel is far from the off the hook, they’ll be looking into criminal activity he’s been involved in from behind bars.
Plus he’ll also have to worry about the serious people that want him dead due to things he’s done again from behind bars.

I think that’s the best bet for him, but I guess prosecution will try block that and say there’s gonna be witness intimidation and tampering if he’s free.
Although prosecution has already basically said they’d bail is a solution whilst he’s awaiting retrial to deal with any health issues etc.
So may not get much push back on that regard.
But if he does get any sort of freedom whether bail or the bag will be heavy! Likely confined to Jamaica but people defo would be flying in.
He’d have to do a weeks worth of shows lmao.
