The Reuters article doesn't mention not allowing people with COVID to evacuate at all. Did you read it?????

I saw a figure saying 10k a couple days ago but havent checked again so maybe someone else knows. That might also be only the first shot not sure.
They seem to have much lower vaccine acceptance vs some of the other islands. Certainly lower than where i live. The ash from the volcano atm is everywhere on the surrounding islands. Outside my house now , the roads, the cars etc all covered in ash. We all being advised to stay inside and its even worse over in St.vincent. It was already mandatory to wear a mask in public spaces but youd be a fool to venture outside now without one like some people were doing before.
all media in US are owned by jews, russian, chinese interests. The ones that aren't are owned by conservative white christians. IG gossip pages owned by blacks/ADOS aren't regarded as media.
it's a shame they're only allowing vaccinated people on-board but the loudest voices in the black community stay silent because this doesn't put money in their pockets.
