They knew they were doing Punk/Roman/Rollins before the Rumble. I do think there were plans to do The Rock vs. Cody (pretty obvious given the RAW after Mania) and they were likely going to do The Rock vs. Roman as well.

I think Meltzer and them might have actually gotten a scoop on The Rock about him not being able to do Mania or at least a Mania build because we haven't seen him since 'Elimination Chamber' and they haven't really mentioned him much either.

I hope he at least does something at Mania

the 1st rd of the playoffs...that's nothing. they moved it from early April to avoid "competing" for eyes with the NCAA Final Four which is a much bigger event. The first week of the NBA playoffs isn't like the NFL playoffs, there's not even going to be an elimination game next week. Most eyes will be on WWE which was their goal with moving WM to mid April
