Punk and Drew were in a blood feud to start GUNTHER's reign (which got Rollins involved), and then Punk got wrapped into Roman's shyt, which only served to reignite Seth's hate toward Punk and that feud may not be over (for what it's worth, Punk and GUNTHER have been having house show matches a lot lately).

Styles is a recent addition to the Raw brand. Ilja has been hurt.

The one man GUNTHER could have faced is Rollins. This admittedly is the first time in GUNTHER's reign where all the aforementioned people are healthy and available as challengers or in Ilja's case, is about to be. And since GUNTHER is more the type to accept a challenge that comes his way as opposed to seeking out challengers... technically, this could all be a de facto new beginning to his WHC run if he beats Jey.

HHH needs to book better. Period.

Fair, but the same could be said about HHH when he ran NXT while Vince headed WWE.
NXT and WWE, to me, have different booking philosophies and goals.

Regardless, HHH does need to book better in general where possible.

To be honest, booking had Roman ducking people during his reign as well. He only faced Rollins once and there wasn't a decisive winner. He was ducking Lashley pretty much the whole time as well.
