1 bottle should last 3-4 months or more. They do have an expiration date though. You should start out using serums 3x/week at night then gradually increase. After the serum has absorbed into your skin, layer a light moisturizer on top.
After 2 weeks you can use it daily until you see improvements then go back to 3x/week to maintain.
For more troubled skin, apply Vitamin C, Glycolic Acid, and Moisturizer.
Stay out of the sun.
Use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil and tone with Witch hazel (you'll get used to the scent but it's an excellent toner.)
Do you use all three serums in one night? :jbhmm:

While we at it what type of face wash y’all using? Obviously it depends on your skin type but I’m interested. Organic? Store bought?

If you don't have oily skin, you really just need to wash with water in the morning. At night, I would still wash with an oil cleanser. I have oily skin, so I use an oil cleanser first and then a cleansing foam (with no scrubs or anything extra in it - that shyt gonna make your pores bigger) in the morning and before bed.

Try to get an oil cleanser without anything extra in it like tea tree oil or any fragrance in it - that stuff is harsh on the skin.

I used spectro and cetaphil from costco before and those cleansers were ruining my skin barrier. My face would get oily as fukk during the day. Ever since I started double cleansing, my face isn't as oily as before.

Got any tips for dry hair? I use conditioner but that only lasts for couple hours.

Internally - Water, vitamin a, b12, biotin, e capsules. (Try to stay away from tablets b/c they have binders and fillers. Liquid vitamins are the ultimate especially if taken sublingually but they are expensive.
BTW, for brehettes reading this - if you use biotin be prepared for more hair growth EVERYWHERE.)

Do you know your hair type? Is the curl loose or coily? Do you live in a hard water area? Do you sleep on cotton pillow cases? Do you use gels or grease?

You can start out with a clarifying shampoo - This will give you a clean base. Don't overuse this shampoo because it can dry your hair out even more. Shampoo with a moisturizing shampoo (it should be pearly looking not clear). Deep condition (you can use your body heat) with a moisturizing conditioner (look for 1 that has glycerin in it...the glycerin should be at the top of the ingredient list, if it's at the bottom of the list then pass on it). Apply a leave-in conditioner and then put grapeseed oil on top of that. Don't worry about being oily because grapeseed oil absorbs into hair / skin very well. Stay away from products with mineral oil in them.

There's other things you can do to restore moisture...but you're a guy and probably won't want to consistently do all of it...so I gave you a cheat, lol!

I use / recommend these brands -
Kerastase
Biolage
Kenra
Shea Moisture
Mizani

Pick at least 2 brands so that you can alternate.

I'm using this for Vitamin C (Melano CC Pure Vitamin C Essence), it's definitely the most potent vitamin C out there, I'm shining like SSJ2 Gohan with this.

For toner, people gotta try just plain simple rose water, I buy it from ethnic stores/aisles and it costs $2. Each bottle will easily last you 3-4 months and 6 months even with moderate use.

I know that most members are men and I have been hesitant to recommend this because of that but hear me out:

Sleep on silk pillow cases every night. You will definitely see a huge difference in your skin and hair. No, you won't sweat. Yes, you will still be masculine (😅).
They do come in masculine colors - black, navy, & gray. They launder / hold up very well too.
