Breh this is what people said about Fight Forever and then the Pikachu faced when it came out half baked. Let them cook and have a fully finished product. This shyt draggin, just drop already
We don't need another 2K20 and Fight Forever scenario on our handsThis shyt draggin, just drop already
This is why you don't announce projects like this....this may be a late generation game like 2025-26. This shouldn't even been announced to the public until late next year at the earliest.Breh this is what people said about Fight Forever and then the Pikachu faced when it came out half baked. Indie developers do this all the time because theyre not held to a corporate time crunch and also dont always get the publicity to debut at conventions or award shows. They announced this game after the debacle that was WWE 2k20. It was the perfect time to announce it if were being honest. At that point they were still signing the core roster. Also as @Kidd Dibiase said, im sure the pandemic held this back a great dealThis is why you don't announce projects like this....this may be a late generation game like 2025-26. Right I get this but still people aren't trying to wait 5 or 6 years to play a game. The only time I think it's beneficial if there is some type crowdfunding aspect. But as y'all said their development cycle was probably hurt by the pandemic.Indie developers do this all the time because theyre not held to a corporate time crunch and also dont always get the publicity to debut at conventions or award shows.
