Ive never set food in Virginia or the DMV.Tho i have a little honey i just met who lives there and been asking me to visit

Is it supposed to be a mostly black city?

I'm from Portsmouth...born and raised. It's slightly more black than white but around 50/50. It's a given to always have the highest crime in the 7 cities. It was wild as fukk in the 80's and 90's. Not as much now. They tore down a lot of the projects. They still get it in though.
