Yeah, it's amazing how quickly some of these athletes fall off.
A year out the game they put on 30lbs easy
Less exercise, same diet.
It always happens.

No it's not. It makes perfect sense.
While these dudes are playing, they're practicing, working out, and playing games all of the time, burning incredible amounts of calories. To make up for it, they have to consume incredible amounts of calories.
When they stop playing, most of the time, they're not gonna stop those eating habits, but they're going to stop those workout habits, so I'm never surprised when guys get fat and do it very quickly. Hell, just look at all of the boxers that blow up between fights in their primes.
Unless you're truly dedicated to staying fit, you gonna put on that weight if you're not actively playing.
The reason why I ask is because I know former athletes who played in the NFL only to return to their colleges after playing and having to pay tuition like any other student. He's currently not on an academic scholarship. Why wouldn't he be paying?
truthfully i don't know but im pretty sure he ain't paying im surprised they ain't got his statue out there yet
